Temple University police are investigating an apparent shootout between two groups on Campus Wednesday evening, Nov. 8, according to security officials. University police said "two groups of juveniles" near Broad Street and Cecil B. The unidentified driver backed into Saniah Moore outside of Excel Academy South on Wednesday, Sept. 28 around 1:55 p.m., according to city police and Moore's family.
