Montgomery County Leader Of Reading-Area Bank Fraud Ring Gets 3½ Years In Prison A 22-year-old Montgomery County man is facing three-and-a-half years behind bars for his role as a leader in a 31-person bank fraud and identity theft ring that operated out of Reading, authorities announced.
