Justin Mohn Was Armed At National Guard Base, Authorities Say The Levittown man accused of beheading his government employee father and uploading the video evidence to YouTube was armed with a loaded gun when he was arrested at Fort Indiantown Gap on Tuesday night, Jan. 30, according to officials. Justin Mohn had purchased the gun, a 9mm SIG Sauer pistol, the day before he allegedly killed 68-year-old Michael F.
