Arbetina Johnson-Lowery Charged With Homicide By Vehicle: DA A 35-year-old Norristown resident is charged with homicide by vehicle and driving under the influence after a wreck that killed her 14-month-old son, prosecutors say.  Arbetina Johnson-Lowery hit a stopped SEPTA bus near Old Arch Road and E.
