Trooper Causes Crash Hospitalizing 4 People — Including Himself: PA State Police Four people, including a trooper, were taken to a hospital following a four-vehicle crash, Pennsylvania State Police announced in a release on Feb. 23.  The crash began with a pursuit on US 30 East in West Whiteland Township at 2:46 p.m. on Feb. 3, as detailed in the PSP release.  PSP Trooper Craig A. 1 Dead, 2 Airlifted, 4 Hospitalized In Route 30 Head-On Crash One person died and several others were hospitalized in a head-on crash on Route 30 in Lancaster County Saturday. A silver Chrysler 200 was heading east when it crossed the median and struck a Kia Spectra near the Malleable Road overpass around 6:15 p.m., West Hempfield police said. Two people were flown to Hershey Medical Center and four others were rushed to local hospitals. One person was pronounced dead. The victims' identities were being withheld pending notification. This crash is under investigation by the Lancaster County Crash Investigation Team #2.  Route 30 remained close…

State Police: Tractor-Trailer Rollover Crash With SUV Shuts Down Route 33 In Northampton County The northbound lanes of Route 33 in Northampton County were closed due to a tractor-trailer rollover crash with an SUV Tuesday afternoon, state police said. UPDATE: A 73-year-old Allentown woman sustained minor injuries in the crash. The two-vehicle crash occurred in the northbound lanes coming from Route 78 westbound near mile marker 71.5 in Saucon Township shortly before 1:15 p.m., PSP Trooper Nathan Branosky said on Twitter.
