Free Steering Wheel Locks Available For Some Montco Drivers: Police A police department in Montgomery County is offering free steering wheel locks to certain qualified car owners.  Upper Moreland residents who drive a Hyundai or Kia between model years 2016 and 2021 can receive a free wheel-locking kit, department leaders said in a statement Monday, Feb. 13.  Authorities say the affected vehicles lack certain built-in security measures, like automatic steering locks or push-button ignitions.
