The crash was reported around 6:15 p.m. near Heffner Road in Weisenberg Township, Weisenberg and Fogelsville fire officials said.
The car ended up into an overpass concrete pillar, causing entrapment, local fire departments said.
The female driver was in and out of consciousness and bleeding from the head, local fire officials said.
She was extricated with help from multiple area fire stations before being airlifted about 50 minutes after their arrival, according to the Weisenberg Fire Department.
The cause of the crash was not immediately clear.
