While the NBC10 News anchor made it through her 6 p.m. shift, she couldn't power through her second one — for good reason: The Wynnewood native was giving birth.

Connors and her husband Ben Cross welcomed baby girl Evelyn Rose on Saturday evening. This is the couple's second child, who have a boy named Benny together.

According to her NBC10 bio, Connors is the third generation of women in her family to report the news, having graduated from University of Pennsylvania. She later went on to earn her law degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.
