2 Wanted For Swapping Political Signs Between Properties In Chester County: Police Two men were seen swapping political signs between two residences in Chester County, according to police. The two men were caught on a surveillance camera moving political signs and American flags between the two properties in the Indian King Development in West Whiteland at 2:08 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10, according to the West Whiteland Police Department. While moving the signs and flags, the two men damaged property and caused an unreleased amount of damages, police said. PA Man Wanted On Child Rape Charges: Police Police in Chester County are seeking a man accused of rape and statutory sexual assault.  Alvin Daniels, 30, is also wanted on charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, and over a dozen related felony counts, said the West Whiteland Police Department in a release.  The charges stem from an incident last November, according to court filings.  Records also show Daniels, of Drexel Hill, previously entered a negotiated guilty plea to charges of forceable robbery in 2017.   He is described as 6-foot-1 and 190 pounds with brown ey…

Chipotle Theft: $1K Worth Of Catering Stolen In PA, Police Say Customers were left hungry after a catering order at a West Whiteland Chipotle was intercepted by a thief over the weekend, township police say.  It happened on Saturday, Aug. 12.
