Human Skull, Skeletal Remains Discovered In Montco Retention Basin: Authorities Investigators are working to identify human remains fished out of a retention basin in Towamencin Township on Monday, March 18, police said in a release.  A contractor called police after finding a human skull in the retention basin at Welsh Road and Grist Mill Drive around noon, according to authorities.  Officers secured the scene and discovered additional skeletal remains along with some "remnants" of clothing, police said. Wahkia Sanders, of Towamencin Township, admitted to holding the child down and encouraging her son to “tee off” on him at the Morgandale Condominiums in Lansdale around 5:30 p.m. on April 26, the outlet says citing a criminal complaint.
