PA Man Sends Minor 'Explicit Images' While On Bail For Child Porn Charges: Police A Penndel man who was out on bail for child pornography charges now faces an additional count, said the Lower Southampton police department.  Justin Refsnyder was originally charged in June 2023, authorities said in a release. After posting bond, police said they received a cybertip from Microsoft that he "had disseminated explicit images of himself to a minor" in March 2024.  Additional charges were filed on May 8 and his formal arraignment is scheduled for June 7, according to police and court records.

He was 36.  A Philadelphia native, Gray most recently lived in Morrisville with his wife and daughter, loved ones wrote. He was a state trooper of five years, serving at the Troop K barracks in Philadelphia, a family member wrote on GoFundMe. Flames Rip Through Bucks County Apartment (Photos) Multiple fire departments responded to a blaze at a Penndel residence on Thursday, July 6, officials say.  Firefighters were called to a two-story building at around noon, according to Newtown Fire Rescue. Video from the scene posted by Penndel Volunteer Fire Company showed flames engulfing the back porch of the Acosta Doors building, 145 Durham Road.  Teams were able to get the flames under control in about 20 minutes, Newtown fire officials said. Both Drivers Killed In Head-On Bucks County Crash A man and a woman are dead following a two-car crash in Bucks County Sunday afternoon, state police have announced.  It happened on I-295 in Middletown Township at around 3:20 p.m. on Feb. 26, troopers said. Truman High School in 2000 before relocating to Jacksonville, FL, and settling in Bensalem, PA, according to her obituary.
