Perkasie Man Caught with Child Pornography In Undercover Investigation, Police Say A Perkasie Borough resident faces multiple felony charges for allegedly downloading child sexual abuse material (CSAM), according to Warrington Township police.  Donald Leslie Foster, 57, was released from a Bucks County jail after posting 10 percent of his $100,000 bail, court records show.  Investigators said an IP address linked to Foster came up during an undercover CSAM investigation in November. Car Struck By SEPTA Train In Bucks County: Police A driver escaped serious injuries after his car was struck by a SEPTA train in Bucks County, authorities said. It was unclear as to why the 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by a 59-year-old Perkasie man ended up on the tracks at Schoolhouse Road and Railroad Avenue around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, according to New Britain Township police and a SEPTA spokesperson.
