SEPTA Commuter Attacked With Hatchet During Robbery, Police Say One suspect is in custody after a SEPTA commuter was attacked with a hatchet in Center City early Sunday morning, Feb. 25, city police told Daily Voice.  Kenneth Rogers, 28, is charged with aggravated assault and related counts, according to authorities.  Police said it happened at the SEPTA station at 8th and Market streets around 1:15 a.m. A 46-year-old man was attacked from behind and struck on the head with a hatchet during an apparent robbery attempt, officials said.  When the victim told Rogers he only had a dollar, police said the 28-year-old attacked him again. …
