Juvenile Charged As Adult In 2021 Murder Of DelCo 18-Year-Old: Police Authorities in Delaware County have charged a 17-year-old boy as an adult in a deadly shooting that happened last year in Chester. The juvenile was arrested on Jan. 27 and charged with criminal homicide and related offenses for the August 2021 shooting that left 18-year-old Samad Montgomery dead, according to the City of Chester Police Department.
