Cocaine, methamphetamine, and psychedelic mushrooms were seized from a Bensalem apartment where police say two men ran an “open-air” drug market. Township police executed a search warrant at the Bucks Meadows Apartments, 3131 Knights Road, on Tuesday, Feb. 28, the department said in a statement. A confessed cocaine dealer from Freehold who sold smuggled guns to buyers working for the FBI was sentenced to a plea-bargained five years in federal prison. Four undocumented people who were previously deported have been located in Pennsylvania and have been charged with illegal reentry, according to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. The arrests happened in York, Franklin, and Huntingdon Counties. Guadalupe Diaz-Hernandez, 30, was previously deported from the United States to Mexico in Oct. 2013. He was found in in York County. UPDATE: A deportee who snuck back into the U.S. and was living illegally in Paterson was sentenced Tuesday to 95 months in federal prison for raping a 15-year-old city girl.
