John Delgado started up conversation with whom he thought was a 13-year-old girl on a social media dating app on Tuesday, May 21, police in Bensalem said. During conversations, Delgado clarified his intentions of meeting up with the girl to perform sexual acts on her, police said. The magazine had fallen from the firearm that Powell was pointing up the stairs of his ex's Bensalem home last Saturday May 20, and a safety mechanism wouldn't allow it to fire, police said.
