Bucks County Triple Homicide Suspect Extradited To Bucks County
Andre Gordon Jr., who is accused of killing three people including his 13-year-old sister last month, was extradited to Pennsylvania from New Jersey on Wednesday, April 3, prosecutors say. A prosecutor in Pennsylvania is apparently seeking the death penalty for two men arrested for killing a convenience store worker while he made a sandwich last February, according to a new report by the Observer Reporter. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Wednesday again upheld the death sentence of a Bucks County man convicted of killing a police officer over a decade ago, authorities said. Robert Anthony Flor, 54, fatally shot Newtown Borough police officer Brian Gregg on Sept. 29, 2005, while at St. Mary Medical Center in Middletown Township, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.
