Crash Closes Roadway In South Central PA, Police Say A crash in Waynesboro shut down an intersection, police announced on Tuesday afternoon.  The police notified the press about the crash at the intersection of South Potomac and West Fifth streets in Waynesboro at 3:45 p.m. on April 9.  The public was asked to avoid the area.
