45 Years Later, Young Mom's Lehigh Valley Murder Remains Unsolved Sandra Ann Miller was just 22 years old when police found her dead in her Nazareth Borough home early on Sept. 18, 1978.  Miller, mother of a 10-month-old girl, had been stabbed, beaten, and choked to death in her 115 Spring Street residence, according to Pennsylvania State Police.  In an archival report from the Allentown Morning Call, investigators said they saw evidence of a violent struggle in the home — vases were knocked over, covers were pulled from the bed, and a telephone was off the receiver, indicating a possible attempt to call for help.  A bread knife with …

Police Need Your Help To Solve PA Realtor's 1997 Cold Case Murder More than 25 years after she was found shot and strangled to death, police are still searching for Charlotte Fimiano's killer.  The 40-year-old realtor was showing a house in Hellertown to an unknown client on Sept. 11, 1997, but never made it back home, according to state police.  Fimiano's remains were located in the empty home, 2147 Chelsea Lane, early the next day. Pennsylvania State Police are still actively investigating her murder. Decomposing Body Found In Mattress In DelCo: Report A decomposing body inside of a mattress was found overnight in Delaware County overnight, 6abc reports. Paramedics called to the 7000 block of Greenwood Avenue near Church Lane in Upper Darby around midnight found the woman's body in a back alley behind a row of twin homes, the outlet said.
