Troopers Seek Accused Child Sex Abuser With Ties To Lehigh Valley State police are looking for Edward J. Massey Jr.  Troopers said the 49-year-old is wanted on charges of indecent assault on a person under 13, felony corruption of minors, and endangering the welfare of a child.  According to court records, the charges were filed in August 2017.  Police said Massey is known to frequent Northampton and Monroe counties and has ties to a business in Florida. Ax Murder Cold Case: $5K Reward Offered In PA Bartender's 1981 Slaying A literal ax murderer who hacked a man to death has been on the loose in Pennsylvania for more than 40 years. Edward James Joubert spent the last day of his life — Nov. 28, 1981 — working at the Bottom of the Fox Tavern, on the corner of Main and Oak streets in Delaware Water Gap, troopers said. The bar was crowded when Joubert walked around back at 5 p.m. to grab some firewood, police said. Both Drivers Ejected, Killed In Rt. 80 Rollover: Pennsylvania State Police Both drivers were ejected and killed after their vehicles overturned several times on Route 80 in the Poconos Monday afternoon, state police confirmed. Donn Innes, 68, was heading westbound when he collided with Jeffrey Bates, 31, after speeding off of the westbound lane near milepost 291.9 in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County, around 12:25 p.m., state police said in a press release.
