Woman, 4 Children Killed In PA House Fire A woman and four children died in a house fire in Pennsylvania late on Thursday, authorities say. Emergency crews were called to a house in the 5100 block of Brook Road in Kunkletown, Polk Township just before 11:30 p.m., according to Emergency Management. As EMS requested medical helicopters the first juvenile victims were pulled from the home, authorities say.
