Charges Dropped Against Injured Probationer Teen For Pennsylvania Amusement Park Shooting
All charges have been dropped against a 15-year-old boy who was allegedly involved in a shooting at a popular Pennsylvania amusement park on Saturday, Sept. 24, court records show following a preliminary hearing on Nov. 9 at 12:30 p.m. Darryl Pirl, 15, of West Mifflin, was on juvenile probation when he illegally obtained a gun, brought it to Kennywood Park, and fired at a group of teens he was feuding with, Allegheny County police alleged. Child Arrested Following Incident At Pennsylvania Middle School: State Police
A middle school student was arrested following an incident at his school, according to a release by Pennsylvania state police on Monday, Oct. 17. The state police were called to Bermudian Springs Middle School to investigate an incident of harassment on Oct. 4 at 1:54 p.m., as detailed in the release. During the investigation, police learned that a 12-year-old boy had struck a fellow student, a 12-year-old girl. Child Arrested For Making Bomb, Shooting Threats In Central PA School: Police
A child has been charged and arrested for making shooting and bombing threats at a middle school on three separate occasions, according to the police. Shippensburg police first began looking into the child's actions when they threatened to shoot students at the Shippensburg Area Middle School on Jan. 11, police say. The same child made bomb threats against the school on Mar. 8 and again on 10 of this year, the release shows.
