Keith Thomas Dougherty, 66, of Harrisburg, was found guilty of one count of “Mailing Threatening Communications” and two counts of “Interstate Communication with Threat to Injure,” after a three-day trial, according to the release. Mustafa Mousab Alowemer, 23, of Pittsburgh, pleaded guilty on Thursday to one count of attempting to provide material support to ISIS in relation to his plan to attack Legacy International Worship Center located at 2131 Wilson Ave in Pittsburgh in 2019, according to the US Department of Justice.
