One Killed In Crash On US 11: PennDOT A crash on US 11/15 at the exit for US 22/322 has left at least one person dead, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. A vehicle reportedly went off the roadway into a ravine near the Perry and Dauphin County lines around 5:15 p.m. on Monday, Mar. 28, PennDOT officials say. The road was closed for several hours from South Market Street until the exit near Duncan Island, according to PennDOT. Additional information about this crash near Duncannon has not been released.
