Troopers Name Passenger Killed In Chester County Wreck Officials have named the Chester County woman who was fatally injured in a crash on Saturday afternoon, Dec. 2.  Sandra L. Darryl L. Krom, 58, of Hanover, was hit by a Kia near the intersection of Hanover Pike and Pine Grove Road in Union Township on Sept. 23 just before 7 p.m., as stated in the police report.
