Central PA Road Reopens After Gas Leak: Police (Update) A road has reopened following a natural gas leak in Central Pennsylvania, the police announced on Thursday evening. Initially, the 2100 block of Market Street was "closed to vehicles and pedestrians," the Camp Hill police stated in a release at 2:58 p.m. on May 9. "The gas leak has been contained however Market Street will remain closed between 21st and 22nd Streets until further notice," the police said at 4:52 p.m.  The roadway reopened at 7:37 p.m. and the public is no longer urged to avoid the area.  No additional information was available as of 7:50 p.m. Check back here fo…

Road Rage: Ice Scraper Assault Of Passenger In Camp Hill, Police Say A drunk driver and a man with an ice scraper got into a road rage-fueled fight in Camp Hill, police announced on Friday, Feb. 23.  The Camp Hill police were called to "an active road rage incident" in the 300 block of South 32nd Street at 8:26 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 4, as stated in the department's release.  Arriving officers found a drunk 47-year-old man from Mechanicsburg, a 26-year-old man with an ice scraper from Enola, and the intoxicated man's assaulted passenger, according to the release.  An investigation determined the men had been driving along Route 581 when the roa…
