Palmyra Man Accused Of Groping Woman At Sheetz Gas Pump
A Palmyra man tried to reach up a woman's shorts while she was pumping gas at a Morgantown Sheetz, according to authorities. Police said Dean Balsamo, 44, approached the 18-year-old victim around 2:40 p.m. on August 8 and groped her. The victim reported the incident to Caernarvon Township police and investigators identified Balsamo as the suspect. He was charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, and indecent assault and arraigned on Sept. 26, where his bail was set at $10,000, court records show. 'Erratic' Virginia Driver Busted With Meth, Cocaine In Pennsylvania: Police
A driver seemingly from Virginia was busted with methamphetamine and cocaine during a traffic stop in Pennsylvania, authorities said. Officers were patrolling Route 23 when they spotted the erratic driver, who also had a "bad" Virginia registration plate on Wednesday, Oct. 12, Caernarvon Township police said. Cops stopped the driver, Jose Palafox-Santiago, 30, and learned he was driving with a suspended driver's license and was "acting suspicious," they said. Man Drove Recklessly Through PA Shopping Center Lot To Get Attention Of Police
A 53-year-old driver is facing several charges after driving recklessly through a busy Pennsylvania shopping center in an attempt to attract the attention of police, authorities said. John Martin Jr. apparently sped off Route 23 into the Morgantown Crossings Shopping Plaza in Berks County and drove into a retention basin, blowing out one of his tires around 1:30 p.m. Sunday, July 17, Caernarvon Township police said.
