NY Thieves ID'd In Multi-Highway Pursuit That Hurt Troopers: PSP (Update) UPDATE: The alleged thieves who stole a vehicle and caused a chase that seriously hurt two Pennsylvania state troopers have been identified as the following Brooklyn, NY men, according to a PSP release on Monday, May 22. Latrell White, 22-years-old. Terrence Caton, 26-years-old. Julien Fleury, 27-years-old. All three have been denied bail, according to their court dockets.
