ORIGINAL:  A search is underway for a missing non-verbal man on the Autism spectrum, authorities say. Luis Morales, 49, was last seen at his home in the 600 block of Hebrank Street on Oct. 28 and was reported as missing on Oct. 31, according to a release by the Lancaster Bureau of police. His family told authorities that he is non-verbal and on the autism spectrum, among other medical conditions. SEX Abuse: Pennsylvania Teacher 'Slightly Penetrated' Elementary School Student, DA Says A 56-year-old Chester County teacher has been accused of sexually abusing an elementary school student for two years, authorities announced. Luis Morales, 56, of West Chester, abused the 3rd and 4th grade student between 2014 and 2016 while at Nottingham Elementary School in Oxford, DA Deb Ryan said.  According to the criminal complaint, Morales engaged in penetration, "however slight," of the student's genitals/anus.
