Luis Morales, 49, was last seen at his home in the 600 block of Hebrank Street on Oct. 28 and was reported as missing on Oct. 31, according to a release by the Lancaster Bureau of police. SEX Abuse: Pennsylvania Teacher 'Slightly Penetrated' Elementary School Student, DA Says A 56-year-old Chester County teacher has been accused of sexually abusing an elementary school student for two years, authorities announced.
