Tractor-Trailer Flips Over On I-81 Closing Lanes In Central PA (Developing) A crash on Interstate 81 is causing delays in Central Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice.  An empty tractor-trailer rolled over on I-81 at Exit 72A: Paxtonia/Linglestown in Lower Paxton Township at 6:36 p.m., according to Schreffler and PennDOT's 511PA.  The tractor-trailer flipped over at the median for north and southbound traffic, according to traffic cameras and it led to left lane restrictions in both directions.  "Hazmat called for a fuel spill," Schreffler said.
