PA Man Bites Someone In Chest At McDonald's, Police Say

No humans are not a new menu offering at McDonald's, but a Pennsylvania man did bite someone in the chest during a fight at a McDonald's, according to local police.

The police were called to assist with a fight in jurisdiction at the McDonald's, located in the 800 Block of West Main Street in Earl Township, according to a statement released by New Holland police.

Charles Allen Weber, 24, of Mount Joy, was apprehended by New Holland police shortly after the fight.

Officers located the victim and found they had allegedly been bitten in the chest by Weber.

Weber was charged with M2 Simple Assault, according to his court docket.

He was released on $1,000 bail, as stated in the docket.

His preliminary hearing has been scheduled with Magisterial District Judge David L. Ashworth on Oct. 28 at 10:50 a.m., according to the court docket.
