Closures for all rue21 locations are expected to be completed within the next two months with going-out-of-business sales coming soon. Cops ID Masked PA Driver Wanted For Abduction At Dangerous VA Car Meet Police have announced additional arrests at a massive illegal car meetup where drivers antagonized officers in Fairfax County last weekend. Around 3 a.m. on Sunday, March 31, an officer saw several vehicles pull into a commercial parking lot in the 6600 block of Electronic Drive in Springfield where a large group of individuals were driving recklessly and in circles, police said.
