A Central Pennsylvania landlord broke into a tenant's home and minutes after police cleared the scene he returned to set the home on fire, authorities explained in a release on Sunday, March 24. Ronald Frisbee III, 28 of Akron Borough, broke into the home he rents out at 312 S 10th Street around 2:15 a.m. on Saturday, March 23, according to the West Earl Township Police Department. Update: The Berks County District Attorney's Office has identified the man as 50-year-old Damon S. Stern. Reading police officers said they killed a man who was armed with a knife early Monday morning, March 25. Authorities were called to the 400 block of Windsor Street around 3:45 a.m. for reports of a "male armed with a knife making suicidal threats," the department said in a release. Geyahna Medwatz was last seen on Lower Rocky Dale Road in West Rockhill Township around 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 21, authorities say. Ash Cooper, who previously went by Joshua Cooper, was sentenced to 15 to 40 years in prison on Thursday, March 21, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office. An inmate at a western Pennsylvania prison who escaped custody last year was arrested in Philadelphia Friday morning, March 22, authorities say. Isaiah Tilghman, 33, was caught on the 3300 block of Aramingo Avenue, according to US Marshals. Tilghman was being held on drug charges and state parole violations when he fled from the Blair County Prison on Dec. 3, authorities have said.
