Westtown-East Goshen Police Officer Charged In Fatal Accident
A Westtown-East Goshen police officer will face charges in connection with a February car accident that killed a 75-year-old cyclist, prosecutors say. Officer Jason Listmeier, 24, of Downingtown, is charged with careless driving resulting in an unintentional death, driving on roadways laned for traffic, and overtaking a vehicle on the left, said Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan in a release. Chester County Man, 44, Reported Missing Found Safe
Police in Chester County confirmed that a 44-year-old man reported missing out of East Goshen Township has been found safe. Avi Berkowitz is no longer considered missing, Westtown-East Goshen, police said.
