Samurai Sword Wielding Man Shot Dead By Police 'Left House To Kill,' DA Says A police officer has been cleared of any wrong-doing in the fatal shooting of 27-year-old Trey Bartholomew last month in Pennsburg. “The dispatch reports police received were that the man left his house to kill anybody he encountered, and when he encountered a police officer," Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele said. "The evidence is that he tried to do just that."
