Bucks County Man Convicted Of Raping Children: DA A Bucks County jury convicted a Warminster man of multiple felony counts including rape of a child on Thursday, June 13, the District Attorney's Office says.  Umair Mir, 39, was previously accused of sexually abusing two sisters over a period of five years, prosecutors said.
