A 23-year-old Maryland man has been arrested for stealing a taxi from an airport in Richmond, Virginia, and leading police on a high-speed chase in Pennsylvania, on Dec. 18, authorities say. The Pennsylvania state police attempted a traffic stop at 12:37 a.m. when Yacob Abera Alemu was clocked going 99 mph in a 65 mph zone. An investigation into Ernest Wilkerson, of Rockville, was launched in December 2021 after a female said she was sex trafficked by him in October of that year, Montgomery County police said.
