'Tragedy': Philly Man Gets Decades Behind Bars For Chester Man's OD Death In Parents' Basement A Philadelphia man is facing decades behind bars for selling heroin laced with fentanyl to a 40-year old Chester man who then overdosed in his parents' basement and died, authorities said. The victim went to a Phoenixville apartment in July 2019 to buy prescription drugs and methamphetamine from Jamane Raynor, 32, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.
