Reading Man Charged With Rape: DA A Reading man faces criminal charges in connection with a 2022 Shillington sexual assault, the Berks County District Attorney's Office announced.  Angel Vasquez, 28, was arrested Thursday, April 20, and booked on two counts each of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and aggravated indecent assault, prosecutors said.  The charges stem from a reported assault at a Shillington residence on May 26, 2022, authorities said.
