Upper Darby Parking Director Stole Meter Money, DA Claims
The Upper Darby Parking Enforcement Director is accused of abusing her position to steal coins and get family members out of tickets, according to prosecutors. Sekela T. Coles, 45, is charged with theft, receiving stolen property, and related felonies, said Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer's Office in a release.
