Disturbing Video Shows Gunmen Open Fire On West Philly Crowd
A newly released video from Philadelphia police shows a pair of gunmen open fire on an unsuspecting crowd. The attack happened just after 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 15, authorities said. The duo, dressed in all black, were dropped off by a silver sedan on North Ithan Street. They are then seen running up to a small crowd outside of a corner store on the intersection of Market and South 56th Streets, drawing semi-automatic handguns, and firing repeatedly before fleeing on foot.
