DUI Driver Convicted In Crash That Killed Two, Hurt Two Others On I-95 A DUI driver was convicted Friday for his role in a crash that killed two people and seriously injured two others on I-95 nearly two years ago, authorities said. A jury found 38-year-old Kevin R. Peters guilty of two counts of third-degree murder, two counts each of involuntary manslaughter,  homicide by vehicle while DUI, two counts of driving under the influence, and related charges, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office. Peters, of Bristol Township, was driving a Mazda CX-5 more than 100 miles per hour when he rear-ended a minivan around 1 a.m.…
