Driver Hospitalized After Crashing Into DelCo Pizzeria
A driver was hospitalized after they crashed into a pizzeria in Delaware County Wednesday afternoon, authorities said. Authorities arrived at Alfredo's Pizza on West Chester Pike in Broomall to find the driver with minor injuries, according to Broomall Fire Company. The driver was taken by Marple Township Ambulance Corps to an area hospital for treatment. The building was left with minor damage. No one inside the establishment was hurt, authorities said. Drivers Freed From 2 Car Wreck In Delaware County
Two drivers were freed after their cars collided on I-476 in Delaware County Thursday evening, authorities said. Crews arrived to find that one of the drivers was trapped inside their car at mile marker 6.8 northbound in Marple Township, according to Marple Township Ambulance Corps. Newtown Square Fire Ravages Row Of Condos, At Least 4 Families Displaced
At least four families were displaced by a fire that broke out in a Newtown Square condominium complex Friday afternoon, fire officials said. A GoFundMe campaign had been launched for the victims with a goal of raising $10,000. A two-alarm fire blew through the roof of a home in Delaware County Tuesday morning. Firefighters arrived to the 50 block of Hitchcock Lane around 11:30 a.m., where smoke was billowing from the roof, the West Chester and Concordville fire departments said. Engine 592 took the first due engine assignment and had a total of 7 hand lines in service during the fire, according to the Concordville FD. 3 People Hospitalized In Two-Car Crash In Marple Township
Three people were hospitalized in a two-car crash that occurred early afternoon in Marple Township, Delaware County, authorities said. First responders reported to the scene of the collision on Springfield and South Malin Road around 2 p.m., according to Marple Township Ambulance Corps. Three people were sent to an area hospital for evaluation, authorities said.
