Marcus Hook Motorcyclist, 38, Killed In Route 1 NJ Crash Identified By Police Police in Central Jersey have identified the 38-year-old Pennsylvania motorcyclist killed in a Route 1 crash earlier this week. Lawrence Green of Marcus Hook, PA, was operating a Honda motorcycle near Major Road during the 7:40 a.m. crash on Tuesday, April 23, according to South Brunswick police. Green was driving on the shoulder of Route 1 northbound when he was struck by a Chevy Malibu attempting to merge onto the Major Road off-ramp, police said. Charges Filed In 1981 Cold Case Killing Of Pennsylvania's Denise Pierson After 40 years, Pennsylvania authorities have charged a 58-year-old man in the cold case murder of a young Delaware County woman.  Denise M. Pierson disappeared on April 14, 1981, after visiting a friend's house, Pennsylvania State Police and the Delaware County District Attorney's Office said in a joint release on Friday, Feb. 11. Her remains were discovered in July 1984 near the railroad tracks located at 7th and Market Streets in Marcus Hook. 4 Missing Kids In Marcus Hook Warehouse Fire Found Safe, Report Says Four children who were reported missing in a warehouse fire were found safe in Marcus Hook on Monday night, 6abc reports. Chief Ken Smith, Jr. of the Marcus Hook-Trainer Fire Department told the news outlet that he has no idea why the children were in the  building. Crews were called to the 200 block of East 10th Street just before 6 p.m., area fire companies said.
