Body Cam Footage Of Armed Crime Spree Has Lebanon DA Ruling Shooting 'Justified' Recently released bodycam footage showing just part of a 32-year-old man's crime spree has led Lebanon County District Attorney Pier Hess Graf to rule police "justified" in shooting at him, as she announced at a press conference where she played part of the footage on Thursday.
