Teen Killed In Philly Shooting A 19-year-old is dead after being shot on a Northeast Philadelphia street on Sunday evening, city police told Daily Voice.  It happened on the 6600 block of Bustleton Avenue in Castor Gardens, the department said.  Police were called to the scene around 6:30 p.m. and found the victim, Kairo Lessa-Neves of Mayfair, with a single gunshot wound to the head, they said.
