Serial Killer's Victim Jane Althoff Needs Gravestove: Fund
Jane Althoff was just 8 years old when she was killed at a Chester area carnival more than 70 years ago by an infamous alleged serial killer, according to organizers on GoFundMe. Althoff went to the traveling fair in Trainer with her two brothers on April 25, 1951. Her brothers reported her missing when it was time to leave and they could not find her.
