Fleeing Robber Caught With 12-Gauge Shotgun In Yeadon, Police Say One man is in custody after a pair of armed robberies in Yeadon on Tuesday evening, Feb. 27, according to borough police.  Authorities said they were called about an armed person on the 500 block of Church Lane around 6:30 p.m. While en route, a second caller in the area said their business had been robbed.  Police spotted a man matching the suspect description and watched him flee while stuffing a shotgun in his waistband, the department said.
