PA Man Caught Sharing Child Porn Out On Bail: State Police A central Pennsylvania who is accused of sexually abusing childing and disseminating child pornography is out on bail following his arrest, according to a release by state police. The images were found during a "proactive investigation" of file sharing networks launched by Corporal Anthony Reppert of the state police's Computer Crime Task Force. The task force executed a search warrant at James Sheaf IV's home on Valley Street, in Glen Rock on Mar. 29, according to the release by state police.
