Suburban Philly School Director Charged For Failing To Report Childcare Worker's Toddler Abuse A 39-year-old executive director at a Suburban Philadelphia school was arrested Tuesday for failing to report one of her worker's abuse of multiple toddlers, authorities said. Tiffany Nichols, of Kennett Square, was charged with felony child endangerment and failure to report child abuse, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.
